GH hydrostatic testing machine is used to conduct hydrostatic tests on welded pipes&seamless pipes with different diameters, in order to inspect defects in the pipes. This machine adopts a radial large gap sealing form or end face sealing form to seal both ends of the pipe. Then, high-pressure water is filled into the pipe. The pressure is maintained for a period of time as required by the standard to check the leakage of the pipe. The test results are collected and saved in the database for traceability and query. The pressure testing process operates in two modes: manual and automatic, resulted with a safe,reliable and environmentally friendly operation.
Process Flow:
The hydraulic pressure test has three processes: pipe flushing, pressure testing and water drainage, and they are run in sequence as follows:
Pipe feeding bed 1→ flipping pipe 1→ pipe flushing → flipping pipe 2 → pipe feeding bed 2→ lateral movement chain → test pressure (clamping → radial pre-sealing → water injection → pipe end sealing→ pressure increase → pressure holding → pressure relief → water discharge → clamp loosening→ lateral movement) → pipe feeding bed 3 (discharge pipe bed) → water drainage- flipping pipe 3 → storage bed
